I visited Golden Scissors a few weeks ago and wanted to wait before leaving a review, partly to cool off and partly to see if the haircut could somehow recover itself over time. Avoid this place at all costs. I went in for a simple haircut and left with a complete mess that I had to go to another shop immediately to get fixed. To make matters worse, they overcharged me significantly for what was a poor-quality job. It makes me wonder if they are even licensed to cut hair. I paid and left…
This started out a great barbers shop and experience. Hair cut taking thier time, ears hair singed some time hot face towel and then a splash of tonic for a reasonable price. Fair play to the owner of Golden Scissors. After an issue with my son getting his haircut, my son has returned here with a friend and the owner explained that due to a personal issue with one of his staff the cut wasn't as expected.
