I went to Dolly's Parlour today, to take my daughter for a wash, blow-dry and trim and we were both super happy. The ladies who work there were so friendly and welcoming and my daughter said she was really glad i picked this place. I am now interested to also get my nails done too. I was at Nottingham for an appointment today, decided to go in for an haircut for the first time....and this guy gave me my worst hair cut....i have been crying since....horrible cut....baddddddd service. It was the reviews that made me come there in the first place.

I can't even give this place 1 star but that is the minimum. I see whenever there is low rating the owner asks the customer about that. But before saying anything, ask yourself (owner) what kind of people you want to employ. Except you nobody knows 1 bit about hair styling. This place has to be the dumbest barber shop…
