I was on holiday in London and asked ChatGPT where I could get a premium shave and facial. The response was The Valet. I had my appointment with Sam who provided an excellent Arctic Explorer beard package. If I find myself in London again, Sam will be my go to barber. A true Englishman experience.

Brilliant place boys love being treated like men they have been coming since they were baby's the staff know them well and always have time for them. It is extremely clean and tidy. I’ve been coming for years, and ashamed to only be writing a review now. It is the best barber shop around, arguably the best in London. Sam is my go to - I arrive into Gatwick and head straight to The Valet. 5 stars does not do it justice.
