New boss was very customer focused and concious to repair the reputation left behind from those before him. 'Apparently'. I say that as it was my first time using this place. Sadly I won't be going back. It wasn't the worst cut but too heavy handed at the very front when thinning out has left very short bits sticking…
(visited 2018) Haircut was ok. Not very good, but not bad either. The service though was really bad. Barber seemed to be rushing through haircut and tugged at hair a lot. He did ask if I was happy & cut some more at my request, but again, seemed to be rushing as if he's doing me a favour, not like I'm a paying…
New ownership, incredible service and cuts. Owner is very skilled and understanding. Thoroughly recommend!
Awful! Barber tried to give me the haircut he thought I should have instead of what I wanted. Almost walked out mid cut. Unprofessional. He tried shaving/shaping my hair line above my forehead which is OK if you have Afro-textured hair but not if your hair grows straight. Worst was not to have even checked with me…
I'm very selective in term of haircut, but for the first time after many years I needed to change my hairdresser and I've went here . Pretty happy with the result. It's just a shame though they don't accept cards and receive cash only.
