Great service. From my first initial enquiry there was great customer service. I was greeted with smiles and felt a comfortable welcoming feeling. I called to make an appointment for crochet retwist, the owner assured me that they offer that service. We discussed a price and asked him to put the crochet retwist in the notes. Lovely shop with a lovely vibe. Been getting my locks with Noesha for ages and she’s friendly, professional and caring. Lots of knowledge about Afro hair and Afro products. Today I got a detox, wash and retwist. I’ve forgotten the barbers name but he is great too. Got my beard trimmed… so basically I look amazing.
Alima was brilliant at twisting my starter locs with focus and precision. I couldn’t have asked for a better locticion. Thank you for your efforts and skill. I highly recommend you get your hair done at thefadevault.
