I Booked my son a haircut for Kingston in the evening it got cancelled the morning of appointment. Thought to book the other branch in tolworth instead as he needed a cut and the appointment time changed 3 times during the day. 45 mins before the appointment we got a message to so it’s been cancelled. Absolutely…
It’s one thing to be good at your job, but it’s another to know how to treat your customers properly. I booked an appointment for my graduation ceremony, and it was cancelled just a few hours before the scheduled time. I gave them another chance and booked again weeks later, only for that appointment to also be…
Very disappointed with yesterdays experience. I originally booked a 17:30 haircut via Booksy. I then received a request from the barber to change the appointment to 16:30, which I accepted even though it wasn’t my original booking. I knew I might be around 5 minutes late, so I tried multiple times to call the number…
Always a great haircut from RS and Atmosphere in the shop is great. Highly recommend
Second visit for my son. Braid lady is lovely and did a great job on his cornrows. Eryn provided a brilliant cut and shape up. Mega provided some interesting topics of conversation haha. Thanks all, will be back
