Very poor customer service and very long waiting time. After waiting a long time for my haircut, the barber complained that my hair was ‘too oily’ to cut. It was peak summer weather and very hot outside, so obviously hair can become oily in the heat — this is completely normal. I was paying for a haircut, so I did not…
Simon is a gentleman, and his haircuts are great, I travel from Hastings East Sussex every few weeks just to have my haircut… if you have to wait… it’s worth the wait, I would not go anywhere else… Simon likes to chat, but so do I.. he always asks after my family and he is never rude to anyone …
Always a banging trim from Simon, lovely guy and much better value than any of the shops on the High Street. Simon has never been beaten on price or quality within the local area. Traditional old school Barber much loved by locals :)
Simon is a very experienced and talented barber/stylist, I’ve been going to Simon for about 5years , and I have never left unhappy , every time he shows me the mirror there’s nothing to adjust . Experience shows in the detail . I couldn’t go anywhere else 👍🏽
Been going here for a decade for my haircut and beard trim. Simon is a really nice guy and also does great haircuts. Also the place is super clean.
