Complete lottery depending on what barber you get, I had a positive experience in the past, but the barber was changed and the results were atrocious. By the time I came out, at least two chunks of hair were clearly missing where the barber must have slipped or misjudged things. This was the barber who did the early morning shift. Price isn't awful, but is above average, so I was quite disappointed.
