I've been coming at Roy Barbers Hayes, since the last 3 years. As always their service is exceptional and prices are reasonable. I always wait for Mintu, one of their hairstylist to get my best look. And he never disappoints me.
Excellent barbershop with a welcoming atmosphere and skilled barbers. Specially Pankaj took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered a clean, sharp cut. He gave great attention to detail, excellent customer service, and fair prices. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Absolute zero stars. This place is an embarrassment. The staff are completely incompetent, totally lack basic English, and couldn't comprehend a simple haircut request if their lives depended on it. Their time management is a joke—they left us rotting for over an hour just to deliver a butchered, amateurish haircut…
I first went to their shop, and they made me sit on a seat and stayed on the phone themselves for about 5 minutes. So, their service is completely rubbish. I didn’t even get a proper haircut; they just, you know, did it in a half-hearted way. They charge as much money as they do, but in terms of work, they take more…
Thank you Pankaj Paji for the makeover I always required.
