The beard trim itself was good, but unfortunately the customer service was terrible. When it was time to pay, I was asked, “Cash or card?” I replied that I would pay by card because I didn’t have any cash. The barber then said, “Cash is better. There’s an ATM upstairs,” and told me the price would be £25 if I paid in…
Easy to make an appointment and outstanding work. I’d let the beard get a little crazy and they cleaned me right back to ready for London business :)
