Been here twice and both times had a bad experience. Won’t be coming back again. Staff are rude and act like they’re doing us a favour instead of offering good customer service and care. Average to bad haircut both times and the first time they even put product on my hair without me agreeing or asking for it. Just…
Been using this place for years, best barbers in the area, 100% guaranteed! I personally go to Bharoz which is friendly and professional, always greats you with a smile and makes sure you also leave the place with one, but all the barbers in there are great!
No point booking you will be waiting same time as walk in. One or two times you can show grace but almost all the time. Then when you think you are next after waiting 30min you get asked to wait another as il be next. Why not get the walk in to wait instead?? Hair cut is good.
I had appointment 11am , I was there at 10:45 and at 11 when I was supposed to get on my chair they took someone else . They should had told me when I arrived at first that it s going to be a delay . Asda Beckton disappointed and unprofessional
Be book an appointment with a person turn up. They are off sick? Why not phone people to inform and see if they still want to come. Won’t be returning after this
