Without making the barber, a very disappointing experience today when taking my son for a haircut. Simple instructions were ignored and no consultation with parent after the cut, just expected to pay. Son very upset. If mistakes happen, then own it and explain.
I have been going to Jacks of London Wimbledon for 5 years - the environment is welcoming with a smile from reception and a choice of a cold beverage during your trim. Special shoutout to Kieran who always keeps me looking sharp with compliments from others on my fade!
