Amazing service - the whole experience was superb! The owners were very pleasant and accommodating, the cut, the hair wash, the scalp massage, products used were all 5/5. I especially liked the warm and scented towel placed on the face after the haircut itself - can recommend!
One of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had. I took my 6-year-old son here and waited 45 minutes for his turn. Only when we finally reached the chair were we told they wouldn’t cut his hair if he moved because they had allegedly cut a child recently and been warned and fined by Redbridge council…
I have been visiting Omar for over a year since I moved to the neighbourhood and I must say I consider myself lucky to be close to a barber that provides impeccable service. Incredible customer service. For just £19, I received both a haircut and a wash, which is excellent value for money. The quality of the haircut was outstanding, and I am very pleased with the overall experience. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.
