Had a cracking experience at Haircut (Front Line Cuts) Acton. I popped in for a tidy-up before a big meeting, and the barber was spot on from start to finish. Took my son here for his hair cut. The cut was not good, he had many cuts on the shape up line. The clippers caused him bumps and he was sore. This hasn't happened before. Maybe poor hygiene. I was charged £20. We will not be returning.

Asked for a beard TRIM and shape up. Came out to see the entire length of my beard had been cut off. There's no shape to my beard now at all at it's been rounded off and is the same length everywhere. Clippers have massively irritated my neck and left it extremely sore, red and bumpy. Will not be returning.
Since my 12 year old son started going to this shop on his own they started charging him 15£ per cut instead of £10 saying that he was big now.
