First time having my haircut with Vishal and it was a very positive experience. He took his time, listened carefully and worked patiently to get the result I wanted. The cut looks good so far, and I’ll have a better idea once I’ve styled it myself at home.

Not happy with the queue system. Asked if there was a queue, there was another guy siting while the other was being serviced with two members of staff. Was waiting for 30 minutes and the person being serviced moved to the other barber to do the hot towel service. There seemed to be something happening with the person…
