I had a very disappointing experience at Empire Fadez. I asked for a specific haircut, but the barber didn’t follow what I requested at all. Terrible service, no proper etiquette to speak to customers whatsoever, insisted on charging me double the price because I asked for a bit more fade. Very argumentative behaviour and no politeness. Please train your staff to humble themselves and give them some sense of humanity to be professional!
Empire Fadez are honestly the best barbers in Ealing. I went in after completely messing up my own haircut and Gio literally saved me 😅 He was super professional, took his time, fixed everything perfectly and made it look even better than before. Great atmosphere, great service – I’ll definitely be coming back 👊
