Asked for a low taper and just to run the taper machine on the sides. Midway through the cut, the barber added an extra £5 without explaining beforehand, which I wasn’t happy about. When cutting the top, the barber was very rough — pulling and moving my hair aggressively, which made the experience uncomfortable…
