Update: the owner's response suggests I was happy when I left and received what I asked for. I didn't. But when a beard trim goes wrong, there's nothing to be done in the moment, and it puts the customer in an impossible position. Say nothing and leave disappointed, or cause a scene over something that can't be fixed…

A very reliable barbers in Clapham that I have been going to for some time. Great cut today from Sami as always
second time going, first was good and second time was a good haircut, but I've got little cuts all across my forehead from where the barber did my fringe with the electric trimmer.
Great barbers, friendly atmosphere and secured a long term customer after the first time I visited!
