You need to improve your customer service. According to your website, the opening hours on Sunday are until 7 PM. However, when I visited at 5:20 PM, one of your staff told me you were closed, implying he was done for the day. Sajad, Abdulla and all the barbers are excellent. The service is great. the detail in cutting the hair is absolutely brilliant. I only go to this barber even if means I have to take time off.
Very friendly guys who’re great with the scissors, only had £10 for my £12 haircut and they kindly accepted this. Would definitely recommend for those seeking an affordable, friendly barbers!
Shajad and Abdullah are genuinely humble respectful talented barbers. Very good value for money, care about customer service + cleanliness. Definitely recommend.
