Dropped in on spec of a Saturday morning for a quick trim. It was pretty busy and I waited while Tom meticulously attended to other customers with easy banter, so knew I'd get a good haircut, which I certainly did. Great price, good atmosphere and great job! Thanks Tom!

Best haircut you'll get in Liverpool. You're getting your hair cut at Toms BY Tom. Will always come back to him. Good chat and a nice, chill atmosphere. Can't believe it's only £10 too!
Tom is an excellent barber and his prices are probably the best in Liverpool if not the UK. Been a few times as I don't live in the area but always gives a superb cut. If I lived around there I wouldn't go anywhere else.
