Have been going to Lou’s for around 10 years and they are always extremely accommodating, as I’m usually last customer in, lot long before they close. Always a good cut, whoever you use and it’s nice to feel like your business is valued. The shop has just recently been taken over and the new owner is very “hands on”…
Unpleasant customer service, so will have to look for another barbers. Unable to accommodate customers needs, turned away without an apology.
Went in the shop on a Sunday about a week ago, and the haircut I received was shocking, no attention to detail, the guy who was cutting my hair (I think his name was Hedley) seemed more interested in talking to his mate who was working next to him than even asking how I was!
