They try to offer what you need. I think having multiple barbers at the Salon does the trick; everyone keeps working hard at retaining their respective clients. But do not go, if you do not have a booking... I am particularly impressed that there is a barber for children with special needs.
Don’t normally complain but I felt my treatment was shocking I was cut twice poked in the eye the hair cut was rushed and beard not complete I was asked if I was polish/ Albanian to which I replied no then asked if I was sure again I said no. Not the treatment I expect from a professional business. £18 to be assaulted…
Amazing barbers! I drive 16 miles every 2 weeks to get my hair cut here. Well worth it. Edit: Dropped by a star now, as the barbers' seem less reliable and coordinated than they used to be. Too many customers perhaps?
Came in when the shop was empty, very quickly got a trim. The haircut was very professional and clean, the guy listened to what I asked and delivered. Been here a few times but this cut was especially nice, will be asking for the same guy every time!
