Originally I had 5 star review and leaving it below my renewed comment. But after today's visit I realised if the company is working in grey zone cash only with quoting: we don't want to sacrifice 5-10% of our revenue to card transaction(which is not based on reality) I don't want to know what kind of products they're…
I took my toddler and Jo took us in as walk-in ( we were fortunate that she had an opening). She was absolutely brilliant, kept him settled and talked with him the entire time. This was the first time he sat in a chair without crying and complaining about the hairclipper. He finally has a neat haircut.
This was my second visit in a row with a trainee, and the haircut took 45 minutes instead of the advertised 30, in a room that was around 17–18°C, which is simply uncomfortable when you have to sit still for that long. The trainee worked without supervision, resulting in a very poor “0 Fade”. I was charged £17 instead…
Pure class and quality from Joanne and the team at Kings, absolutely over the moon with my haircut and the friendliness from the staff was unmatched. Such great vibes, will 1 million percent be back 😀
