Terrible. I booked 2 hours in advance, arrived just for the guy to tell me I never booked and I will have to come back another day even though I received email confirmation that I had booked. Waste of time.

Staff (except one) are rude and unprofessional. Barber shop is disgusting and filled with absolute tat. Main barber smokes vape and blows it over customers. Seen them turn away multiple customers because they can't be bothered. Their membership scheme is chaotic and none of them know how to run it. Avoid.
