Great experience and excellent service! I found this salon online while looking for a highly rated place and messaged them on Instagram. They replied quickly. I reached around 5:35 PM, even though the salon’s closing time was 6:00 PM. They were kind enough to continue the service and actually closed the shop around…
Unfortunately, this is the second time the barber has used a towel with a bad smell on my face. Hygiene should be a top priority, especially for towels that come into direct contact with customers’ faces. I hope this issue is addressed and doesn’t happen again.
Very friendly and professional staff. I would definitely recommend cutting your hair here.
