I have been taking my son to Kaz Barbers for years, but after today's experience, we will never be returning. Before the haircut started, I showed all three barbers a photo of exactly what I wanted. One barber was busy, another openly admitted he couldn't do that style, and the third confidently said he could…
First time going to a barber in two years. Went in with a fluffy grown out buzz hair and vague idea for a cut. I did not explain it well but my barber was great. Quick and clean cut, clearly knows what he is doing. Made sure he knew what I wanted, and would ask at points to confirm. Will be back for sure
They need to listen carefully to the client. I asked for scissors but the barber insisted with the machine, took too much on the sides, I just wanted a normal/classic haircut!
Wasn't pleased. Maybe it's my type of hair because I am a black person. But my hairline was not straight. There's a good barber that was recommended but I've never gotten him.
I was charged £17 for a haircut, while the price list showed £12 for a “normal cut.” The barber explained that my haircut did not count as a normal cut, but this was not clearly defined or explained beforehand. Also, the shop advertises a 20% student discount from Monday to Thursday, but I was told it didn’t apply on…
