Bad customer service Response: You did not communicate anything to me at all. One was busy scrolling on his phone, the other was sat eating pizza. No hello, no accommodation, no communication or acknowledgement whatsoever. Very poor customer service for a first time customer, never coming back
Went in and saw two staff playing game on phone. It’s like i ruined their day as i got inside(Could tell by their moody face)and no client was there except me. One barber decided cut my hair and taking break to talk to their colleague every 5 minutes.He was trying to cut my hair so fast, so he could get back to play…
They don’t clean or sterilise the equipment I got bumps on my head after hair cut
Not the first time I've been there and I must admit this is not a good barber. They charge £9 for a full haircut but if you want to get a skin fade, it's £9 as well which makes no sense. Customer service is poor, they are at work but they play games on their phone. It's not bad if you get a haircut every now and then…
